He graduated from the higher educational institution of the first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan specialising in geophysical methods of research and development of the mineral deposits.

His experience in the field of geological exploration has been ongoing for more than 10 years.

He worked in various companies and organizations, including Azimut Geology LLP, the Ministry of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tau-Ken Samruk JSC, and Kazakhmys Barlau LLP.

He actively participates in public life and professional organisations. Bekasyl Kapbasovich is a member of the public organization “ PONEN” (professional association of independent subsoil experts).

He is also on the committee for the geological industry, mining, coal mining and metallurgical industries of the Presidium of National Chamber of Business of Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken”.

Board of Directors for Republican Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises (AGMP).

Bekasyl was the winner of the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve in 2019.

Bekasyl Aukeshev took part in the internship “Leadership Academy for International Professionals Program Geology/Exploration of Mineral Deposits/Mineral Processing” at the University of California San Diego in the United States, which expanded his knowledge and experience in a global context.

From 2022, Bekasyl Kapbasovich Aukeshev holds the post of General Director of “Qazaq Geophysics (QG)”LLP.

His experience includes the creation of a company from ground zero. The successful introduction of international Canadian technologies of aerogeophysical work Mobile MT (Expert Geophysics).

All this accumulated knowledge, experience and achievements make him an outstanding professional in the field of geological exploration and management of companies.

His role in “Qazaq Geophysics (QG)” LLP is to promote the development and prosperity of the company.
